Construction Preparation
Component Inspection: Verify component numbers, ensure lifting rings and embedded rebars are intact, and mark the center of gravity and 4 symmetric lifting points.
Equipment Preparation: Calibrate tower cranes/truck cranes (with load-bearing capacity ≥ 1.5 times the component weight), and prepare tools such as laser theodolites and adjustable diagonal braces.
Site Clearing: Demarcate the work area, remove obstacles, and store components within ≤50m from the installation site.
