Material: A1022, surface treated with zinc nickel alloy, salt spray test for 500h (white rust).
M8 × 25 has increased the diameter of the brim, and anti loosening racks have been installed on the contact surface between the brim and the structure to prevent screws from loosening.
Shear force test: The shear force of the screw can reach 20kN, which is equivalent to a shear force of 2t. The optimal locking torque of the screw is 18.5 N ∙ M.
