Unidirectional bolt is a tightly closed bolt component composed of a screw, a sleeve, and a nut. The conical surface of the nut is embedded and clamped with the sleeve groove to ensure that the nut and sleeve are fixed. The tightening of the nut and bolt can be quickly achieved from the outside, playing a guiding role. Cooperating with the conical surface of the nut, further move the nut towards the direction of the sleeve, and pull one end of the sleeve outward to ensure the stability and strength of the connection structure, avoiding situations such as loose connections.

Installation Process

Step 1: Drill holes at the connection points of the components and insert one-way bolts.

Step 2: Use an electric wrench to tighten, and the cone head is constrained at the edge of the expansion joint. The bolt drives the cone head to tighten through a threaded screw, causing the expansion joint to open and firmly adhere to the bolt hole wall.

Step 3: Use a torque wrench to check the torque value. When the one-way bolt reaches the installation torque value, its tensile bearing capacity is equivalent to that of high-strength bolts of the same level (due to the contribution of the one-way bolt sleeve, its shear bearing capacity is higher than that of high-strength bolts of the same level).
